Sun-dried tomato pate

This is a very tasty and beginner-friendly recipe. (Although I haven't specified the quantities of the seasoning so you can adjust it to your taste and ingredients like you should! My tip would be to start with a small amount and increase little by little. You can always add more, but you can't take out!)



Recipe

Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil (280g)

1 can cannellini beans (400g)

A sprinkle of onion powder

A pinch of garlic powder

A pinch of salt

Oil from the jar to adjust the consistency


Method:

  1. Drain the cannellini beans.

  2. Add everything to a food processor. (Take the sun-dried tomatoes out of the oil and only use a spoonful or so of oil to start with.)

  3. Blend. Taste and adjust as necessary. You could also add some chilli powder if you like!

  4. Enjoy on crackers, toast, or as a dip for tortillas!
