Cranberry and Dark Chocolate Energy Balls
Makes 12 Time : 20 minutes Ingredients 1 cup oats 1/3 cup desiccated coconut 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 1/4 cup honey Generous handful of cranberries 50g dark chocolate cut up into chunks Method Add all ingredients together into a bowl.
